Brandi passante became an overnight celebrity after her appearance on A&E's reality series 'StorageWars. Also, it included Jarrod Schulz who was her boyfriend who dated her for a long time and is now her husband. On this show, items from storage lockers where rent is not paid after three months of rent will be auctioned. Brandi and Jarrod from the Now and Then thrift store, which is located in Orange California, took part on the show in order to purchase storage units. The couple had no idea the show was about to turn them into reality stars. Over the course the show their couple became a star. Their success in the reality show helped boost their business and allowed them to establish a second shop in addition to the shop they had already run. Their 'Storage War' appearance resulted in a spinoff show titled 'Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job,' which focused exclusively on the couple.
